- Assignment letter from media institutions, suggested in PDF format
A foreign journalist from abroad will also need to submit information as follows:
- Travel information, which is proved by return flight ticket, suggested in JPEG or PDF format
- Hotel accommodation during the stay in Indonesia, suggested in JPEG or PDF format
- List of equipment in PDF format
